Iwoth discusse with pak Adi Muladi, our PIC for land aquisition matters for USAID Project
Today iwoth went to the job site..
He found that so many works has tobe done.. but the situation is not in our side.. Many jobs still stopped due to many reasons.
Iwoth is assigned to handle earth works.. excavation and embankment works untill subgrade level. at least he has tree station that he has to handle. Alhamdulillah, there is one location that has already started. the other two locations are is stopped because of land acquisition problems..
At the afternoon, iwoth heard from Pak Adi there will be a payment for the STA 29+400 next thursday. Alhamdulillah..
Land acquisition problems is one of big issues that can trigger a social problems with local people. Another big issues that i heard from Pak Adi is claim from local people regarding any impacts or damages caused by a blasting activity of a rock excavation works.. phew.. I heard from Pak Tanjung that the local people surounding German Bridge area are starting to claim any damages of their houses. the problem is that their claim amount of claim are very high almost two times than claim from another area that we have paid. It will be a serious problem..
